Q: Do you have a baby pool?
A: Yes, we have a dedicated swimming area that is fenced in, so the littles do not go wondering off to the “big pool”. The pool is also equipped with a swim shade cover.

Q: Is there a fee that is required each year beyond the purchase of Share?
A: Yes, Annual Dues are owed by each Shareholder on or before 15 March each year. Invoices are normally emailed to all around 12 February.

Q: What happens if I do not pay Annual Dues?
A: If no dues are paid by the Shareholder that Shareholder is considered in “Bad Standing” and cannot use any part of MHC until all open invoices are settled.

Q: What if I no longer want to be a Shareholder?
A: If a Shareholder would like to sell their share they must contact the Membership Chair. Information on selling ones Share can be found HERE.

Q: What if we are leaving for the summer and can’t use our Share, are dues still owed?
A: If a Shareholder would like to ‘Lease’ out their Share for the summer, contact the Membership Chair as soon as you can (preferably prior to Feb 12 and invoices for the season being sent. If a leaser is found for your Share, then no annual Dues are owed for that season. An email will be sent out in regard to the Share being leased for the season. A shareholder can only stay on the ‘lease list’ for two years unless other arrangements have been made with the Board.

Q: Pool Breaks, does your pool have them and when?
A: There is a swim break that starts at quarter to the hour, every hour. A whistle is blown and ALL children under the age of 16 must come out of the pool. Adult swim and lap swim continues in the pool during the breaks.
