Information for Prospective Members
This beautiful club located near George Washington’s historic home has established swim, dive, and tennis programs plus social activities all summer long. Come join us!
We look forward to welcoming your family. Club membership is limited to 350 families; applications are processed on a first come basis. A waitlist will be established if openings are not immediately available.

Full Membership
Each full Membership is required to purchase a certificate of share at the current voted on share amount. When a shareholder decides to stop being a member they will be refunded their share (less an administrative fee) once their certificate of share has been sold.
$1,080 ($1000 Certificate of Share plus $80 processing).
Annual dues are $975 due each year due by March 15th (plus processing).
A new first year member will pay $2,078, with subsequent years being just $975.
Full membership provides owning a certificate of share in the club and voting rights at the annual meeting. You are also able to serve on the board of directors.
There is currently a waitlist for Full Shareholder Memberships but we would encourage you to join the waitlist to save a spot!
If the Member decides to sell their share in a private sale on their own, the buyer is responsible for the $50 transfer fee and transaction fees involved in the sale of the certificate.
Leasing / Renting
Lease options are available for military families and those that want to try Mansion House for a year before joining. Lease/rental dues are $1,125 (plus processing) and spaces are limited. The lease option provides you with access to all pool amenities and programs including the swim and tennis team. Lessees do not have voting rights at the annual meeting however.
Membership leasing/renting is waitlisted for the season, if you would like to be added to the waitlist fill out the online application here.
Lessees do not have voting rights at the annual meeting however. There is a limit of two years. After two years of renting/leasing, leasers will not be allowed to continue as leasers but are welcome to purchase a full membership share, if available.
